All exhibit tables will receive four (4) exhibit badges per table. Please send the list of names for the badges to Carmela Casipit, advertising@keyboardcompanion.com by July 1, 2005

1) All exhibiting and showcase companies are encouraged to place items in the goody bag.
2) Items can be a coupon, flier, book, pens, pencils, erasers, paper, etc.
3) Size limit inches 9 x 11 inches.
4) Please send approximately 800-900 items to Carmela Casipit at the conference hotel, scheduled to arrive July 30, 2005.

NCKP Shipping Packages to and from the DoubleTree Hotel
Packages for NCKP will be accepted by the DoubleTree Hotel beginning July 27, 2005.
DoubleTree Oak Brook will only accept pre-paid packages. Any packages delivered C.O.D. will be refused by the Hotel and Notifications will not be made by the Hotel to the shipper. All packages must contain a label giving the following minimum information:
- Return Address
- Name of Group: National Conference on Keyboard Pedagogy
- Group contact: Kathy McAllister
- Name of person that will claim package(s)
- Date of that person’s arrival

The following Charges will apply for Package Delivery and Storage:
A handling fee will be assessed on all incoming and outgoing packages. The following charges will apply based on package(s) total weight:
Up to 100 lbs. $5.00/package 100
to 200 lbs. $0.15/pound over
200 lbs. $0.30/pound
DoubleTree Chiacgo Oak Brook shall not be liable for safe or timely arrival of any packages sent to the Hotel by or for the Group. It is the Group’s responsibility to check on the arrival of any packages and to check to insure that the contents are intact. DoubleTree Hotel Chicago Oak Brook accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged goods. Packages may be shipped to the Hotel not more than one (1) week prior to the meeting.
For Yellow Freight Deliveries, if there is no inside service, additional drayage will apply. The above charges will apply for any packages being shipped from the hotel as well.
